En diferentes diccionarios descubrimos que la palabra “radical”, en lo referente a cambiar, es asociada con un cambio “revolucionario, fundamental, total o completo”. La dimensión  espiritual con fuerza de cambio en la vida, es el bautismo.  

 

Escribiendo estas palabras el 16 de abril de 2024, celebro que hoy se cumple un mes de mi Bautismo en la Iglesia Adventista Ponce V en Puerto Rico. Celebro que decidí ampliar las bases formativas y afirmar la fe, enfocado en Jesús el radical.

 

La noche anterior al 16 de abril, comencé la comunicación pública con transmitir el ánimo festivo y de agradecimiento en los grupos e oración de Zoom “Jesus Power” y “Roca de Oración”. Reconozco que en el pasado no me visualizaba en esta dinámica.

 

El 16 de abril, la comunicación pública consistió en dar dos Dark Chocolate Zero Sugar a mis colaboradores por el primer mes de mi Bautismo. Uní fomentar la buena nutrición con dar testimonio de una nueva visión y acción con Jesús.  

 

Voy más allá: Dije que estaba regalando dos chocolates por el concepto de Jesús y la persona en un mismo camino. Hay temas y detalles que permanecen en el espacio de oración privada; pero el bien que se hace y se comunica glorifica al Señor con paz.

 

La vivencia en la Iglesia Adventista Ponce V fue una nueva dimensión dentro de la serie titulada "Nuevo Comienzo" del 9 al 16 de marzo de 2024. Los cánticos, la armonía en la fe, y la prédica por la joven sabia, líder consagrada y entusiasta Katarina Lockwood, estudiante en Southern Adventist University, crearon una obra maestra hecha por el Supremo Artífice.

 

Katarina le dio sentido real y poderoso a la expresión de "nuevo comienzo", con la base en decidir seguir a Jesús y los Mandamientos, y creer. Desde esa base, la decisión por el verdadero nuevo comienzo y el camino de nueva vida con Jesús el radical, es buscar:

·         Una nueva y mejor forma de ver y hacer las cosas.

·         No tomar las cosas demasiado en serio y dar un renovado y renovador sentido de edificante humor; de constructivo ánimo.

·         Ser consagrado y efectivo canal de bendición; superar todo lamento por el pasado al reconocer que el haber llegado al momento del bautismo y de redefinir todo frente a lo desconocido, reconceptualiza lo vivido y la acción de gracias es Prólogo.

·         Lograr una nueva dimensión de evangelismo que supere los estilos respetables tradicionales por la medida que los demás vean algo diferente en uno.

·         Maximizar los alcances de la vida como vocación de amor en la medida de las oraciones con poder real y cada detalle cotidiano con trascendencia luminosa.

 

La oportunidad de renacer en las aguas bautismales y de comenzar de nuevo desde cada luminosa decisión, tiene la esencia de un nuevo Génesis. Al ver que lo que nunca se ha logrado requiere hacer lo que nunca se ha realizado, que cada nuevo testimonio glorifique al Creador y dé luz al mundo.

In different dictionaries we discovered that the word “radical”, in reference to change, is associated with a “revolutionary, fundamental, total or complete” change. The spiritual dimension with the power of change in life is baptism.

 

Writing these words on April 16, 2024, I celebrate that today marks one month since my Baptism in the Ponce V Adventist Church in Puerto Rico. I celebrate that I decided to expand the training bases and affirm the faith, focused on Jesus the radical.

 

The night before April 16, I began public communication by transmitting the festive mood and gratitude in the “Jesus Power” and “Prayer Rock” Zoom prayer groups. I recognize that in the past I did not visualize myself in this dynamic.

 

On April 16, the public communication consisted of giving two Dark Chocolate Zero Sugar to my collaborators for the first month of my Baptism. I combined promoting good nutrition with bearing witness to a new vision and action with Jesus.

 

I go further: I said that I was giving away two chocolates for the concept of Jesus and the person on the same path. There are themes and details that remain in the space of private prayer; but the good that is done and communicated glorifies the Lord with peace.

 

The experience in the Ponce V Adventist Church was a new dimension within the series titled "New Beginning" from March 9 to 16, 2024. The songs, the harmony in faith, and the preaching by the wise young woman, consecrated leader and Enthusiastic Katarina Lockwood, a student at Southern Adventist University, created a masterpiece made by the Supreme Artificer.

 

Katarina gave real and powerful meaning to the expression "new beginning", based on deciding to follow Jesus and the Commandments, and believe. From that base, the decision for the true new beginning and the path of new life with Jesus the radical, is to seek:

• A new and better way of seeing and doing things.

• Don't take things too seriously and give a fresh and refreshing sense of uplifting humor; of constructive spirit.

• Be consecrated and effective channel of blessing; overcome all regret for the past by recognizing that having reached the moment of baptism and redefining everything in the face of the unknown, reconceptualizes what has been experienced and thanksgiving is Prologue.

• Achieve a new dimension of evangelism that surpasses traditional respectable styles to the extent that others see something different in you.

• Maximize the scope of life as a vocation of love to the extent of prayers with real power and every daily detail with luminous transcendence.

 

The opportunity to be reborn in the baptismal waters and to start anew from each luminous decision has the essence of a new Genesis. Seeing that what has never been achieved requires doing what has never been done, may each new testimony glorify the Creator and give light to the world.
