The arrival of 2023 presents new opportunities. It is wise to look for the lessons of what has been lived and embrace the reasons for gratitude and the genuineness of the dreams and the projects to be carried out.
Pondering, I gaze at the "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan" 40th Anniversary Commemorative Action Figure of Admiral James T. Kirk. The figure enhances any place I display it because it reminds me that in the hit movie, Kirk unexpectedly assumed command of the USS Enterprise and grew by facing the greatest challenges and winning. Plans are made in life, but the moments when everything changes and new responsibilities are assumed are defining moments.
Let us heroically develop the new levels of leadership. This is how it is done and consecrates the fullness of 2023 and beyond. Greetings from Ponce, Puerto Rico.
