Two different movies and a significant success

The movie "Black Adam" introduces us to DC characters. The movie "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" introduces us to Marvel characters. I saw both movies in Ponce, Puerto Rico.


Even having the superhero genre in common, DC and Marvel are different universes and visions. Therefore, the comparative or the competitive does not always apply.

In 2022, instead of seeing a fight between the two productions, it is appropriate to recognize the rise of the superhero genre and congratulate all the talent in front of and behind the cameras.

It is appropriate to highlight the virtues of both productions. For example, in the anti-hero angle, Tenoch Huerta did a good job as Namor; and Dwayne Johnson did a masterful job as Black Adam.

The great success is in the encouragement of heroism; and in confirming that heroes and heroines in real life do not always follow traditional patterns, but create the paradigms that mark the styles to emulate, the vision to follow and the heart to strengthen.
