“Star Trek V: The Final Frontier” es EXCELENTE película para el proceso de búsqueda del Creador en la Semana Mayor, y más allá.

·         SYBOK-- Brave crew of the Starship Enterprise... Consider the questions of existence. Who am I?  Why am I here?  Does God exist? These are the questions man has asked ever since he first gazed at the stars and dreamed. My Vulcan ancestors were ruled by their emotions. They felt with their hearts... made love with their hearts... and believed with their hearts. Above all else, they believed in a place where these questions of existence would be answered. Modern dogma tells us this place is a myth... a fantasy concocted by pagans. It is no fantasy! I tell you it exists! My brothers, we have been chosen to undertake the greatest adventure of all time -- the discovery of Sha Ka Ree.

SPOCK-- Is it possible?

KIRK-- Is what possible?

SPOCK-- That he's found it. Sha Ka Ree. The reason Sybok left Vulcan.

McCOY-- Now just a damn minute -- Spock turns back to Sybok's image.

SYBOK-- Our destination... the planet Sha Ka Ree. It lies beyond the Great Barrier at the Center of the Galaxy.

“Star Trek V: The Final Frontier” es EXCELENTE película para el proceso de búsqueda del Creador en la Semana Mayor, y más allá. La producción fue dirigida por William Shatner, y estrenada el 9 de junio de 1989.

La historia de la película fue escrita por William Shatner, Harve Bennett y David Loughery; el “Screenplay” estuvo a cargo de David Loughery, y en la música brilló Jerry Goldsmith. En el elenco estuvieron:

Aunque la película no contó con todo el presupuesto necesario para llevar a cabo todo lo concebido en la idea original, sí cuenta con muy buenas actuaciones; y veo el mensaje edificante de que la búsqueda del Creador supera fronteras geográficas y culturales, ritos y estereotipos. Es la búsqueda que conduce a la esencia del alma…

Dios ilumine a todos en un mundo creado sin fronteras con ilimitadas posibilidades en la frontera final; en la vida como sabia, heroica y victoriosa causa de amor.

Kirk-- Maybe he's not out there, Bones. Maybe he's right here.
